Go to Start->Run->gpedit.msc

Go to Local Computer Policy-> Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Windows Update

Find "No auto-restart with logged on users for scheduled automatic upd..."->Right Click->Properties->Click Enables->Ok]]></description>
